EPJ ST Special Issue: New Trends in Quantum Computing Technology

Scope:
Quantum computing has emerged as a rapidly evolving field with the potential to revolutionize computational capabilities. This special issue, "New Trends in Quantum Computing Technology" is dedicated to showcasing the latest developments, innovations, and breakthroughs in quantum computing research.

It will encompass a wide range of subjects, including:

  • quantum algorithms
  • hardware and software solutions
  • error correction techniques
  • quantum networking
  • applications across various domains, such as quantum simulation, quantum chemistry, quantum AI, etc.

We invite contributions that shed light on the ongoing evolution of quantum computing, from theoretical concepts to practical implementations, and highlight the growing significance of this field in scientific, industrial, and commercial applications.

The aim of this special issue is to provide a comprehensive platform for researchers, scientists, and practitioners to share and discuss recent advancements in quantum computing technology. It aims to encompass the full spectrum of topics related to quantum computing, from theoretical breakthroughs to practical implementations, exploring the challenges, opportunities, and real-world applications of this transformative field. This special issue seeks to foster collaboration, disseminate cutting-edge research, and stimulate new ideas in quantum computing technology.

All the articles should be submitted to the Editorial Office of EPJ ST via the online submission system, clearly indicating the special issue on “New Trends in Quantum Computing Technology”.
