Abstract

Data for YBa₂Cu₃O₇ doped with Tb, Pr, and Ce are interpreted in terms of (i) superconductivity in the BaO planes (not in the CuO₂ planes), and (ii) the behaviors of YBa₂Cu₃O₇ when doped by Tb, Pr, or Ce.
