Resistive and resonant properties of the low-level Bi doped lanthanum manganite are studied in the temperature range of 180–300 K. The magnetic resonance line asymmetry is found to be strongly dependent on temperature. Based on the results of electric conductivity measurements, the dependence of the skin depth on temperature is calculated. A direct correlation between the asymmetry of the electron spin resonance line and the penetration depth of the microwave radiation in the sample is established. Additional ESR measurements of La0.925Bi0.075MnO3 powder show a stability of the asymmetry of ESR line with temperature changes.
